  • The course or service was not delivered as described.

Please note: Once course content has been accessed or a live session has been attended, you may no longer be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Promotional or discounted products, unless faulty or not as described.

  • Services that have already been delivered (e.g. 1-to-1 sessions, consultations).

Cancellations
